Description:

GFC 101 is a first of its kind temperature controller with auto ignition system, specifically designed and customized for storage type Gas boiler and gas heaters or gas geysers. GFC series temperature controller are fully automatic capable of maintaining the temperature of the heating material (water, oil and as such) as per user defined set points. Simple programmable hysteresis based controller maintains temperature which results in gas consumption, hence reducing the cost of ownership along with helping the environment.

The customized design gives the boiler manufacturer the ability to easily integrate this system into their own, new or existing design, by performing simple modifications. The internal battery backup system gives the end user availability of hot water even in the absence of mains power for at least 2 days depending upon the mode of operation.

Its special and unique features include availability of hot water at preset amount of time duration. Auto ignition system removes the need of continuous pilot flame minimizing further gas consumption. Auto ignition system (AKA sequence controller) is also included in the package.

Overhead Stirrer

Description:

Anlon has designed a special overhead stirrer to suit many stirring and mixing needs for your lab. For lower (lower than water) to higher (as high as honey) viscosities and for smallest (500ml) to biggest volume (5000ml) Anlon Overhead Stirrer performs excellently. Anlon overhead stirrer stands out due to their indispensable easy to use feature set.

The complete overhead stirrer is designed into one single unit making it much easier to use and consumes less space in the lab, especially while using it in hood/ventilation unit. Back and bottom end of the entire product is made out of SS304 providing strength and stability under heavy load operation while the casing is made out of Teflon coated aluminum to reduce extra weight to the chassis.

Touch operating panel with bright OLED display gives an edge over conventional panels in terms of long operation life, easy use, elegant look and low maintenance requirement. Capacitive touch used in touch panel is widely used and proven touch technology with toughened glass for long life application.

An Inbuilt high power brushless stepper motor gives precise RPM control with a control range between 50 to 700 RPM. The motor controller implements acceleration slopes for much smoother start/stop of motor while avoiding unwanted motor stall.

Magnetic Stirrer With Hot Plate

Description:

This Magnetic stirrer with hot plate is one of the high end design, built with cutting edge technology to provide immense amount of feature sets to the end user while keeping the cost of ownership as low as possible. The simple yet ergonomic design makes it possible to use the device right out of the box with ease.

The system implements a high end user interface - protected under toughened leak proof glass with OLED display for wide angle and distant viewing, a touch button interface for controlling different parameters and an internally sealed leak proof knob for RPM control of stirring for easy operation under those harsh chemical environments.

Integrated temperature control feature enables connection of temperature probe, Placed directly in the medium, to control medium temperature with a high degree of precision. PTFE coated stainless steel hot plate reaching the temperature up to 290 ℃, enables rapid heating and long term usage without any corrosion. A separate temperature sensor is integrated into the hot plate to provide external temperature probe less operations while further ameliorating control accuracy. Both the external temperature sensor probe and the internal hot plate temperature sensor boasts the temperature accuracy of +/- 0.5℃ up to 150 ℃ and +/- 0.75 ℃ up to 300 ℃ with temperature precision of 0.05 ℃.

An integrated USB interface gives user an edge to upgrade the device with improved software versions in the field while also allowing one to acquire process data for further analysis and proof. An onboard nonvolatile storage memory enables device to store the data offline so that they can be collected later on via USB interface, giving user a unique advantage to collect data after the process has finished and a proof to confirm the results. This feature help users in performing long hours of unsupervised process control.

As a safety feature current temperature is displayed when the unit is switched off but surface is still hot. The display turns OFF when the hot plate surface temperature goes below 50 ℃. For safe operation two more separate temperature sensors will monitor the temperature of motor and temperature of device case.

Description:

Anlon Heating bath is best choice when it comes to “heating and tempering in the lab”. This bath is one of the high end design, built with cutting edge technology to provide immense amount of feature sets to the end user while keeping the cost of ownership as low as possible. The simple yet ergonomic design makes it possible to use the device with Overhead stirrer, Rotary evaporator as a pair without any hassle. Functionality, safety and long operational life cycle are taken into consideration in design aspect.

Heating bath is made of duel jacket to avoid burn while using it. Bath is designed in such way that outer jacket is always cool while inner side as hot as 200℃.Bath can be used with Oil or water as heating fluid. Inner wall is insulated with low thermal conductive Ceramic Fiber to reduce heat loses while in operation. This result lower cost of operation.

Immersion heater element increases temperature very fast, lead to shorter time to reach set value. Temperature sensor is also immersed in fluid which accurately measure fluid temperature with no time delay. Due to this fact temperature control is much smoother and precise in tune of +/-1℃ with very low overshoot or undershoot from set value.
